Welcome to Awakened Flow! I'm Melissa, and I'm passionate about making spirituality accessible and straightforward, especially for those who are neurodivergent like myself.
My journey began when I was diagnosed with ADHD and discovered the powerful synergy between therapy, medication, and spiritual practices. Frustrated with existing moon ritual kits, I decided to create my own perfect kit, and that's how Awakened Flow was born. My Moon Ritual Kits include everything you need for a full moon ritual—crystals, incense, journals, and easy-to-follow instructions.
I hand-select the vast majority of the products, sourcing them from international gem shows, direct-from-mine purchases, and trusted small sellers. Quality and authenticity are paramount to me, ensuring each item resonates with positive energy.
In addition to kits, I offer individual crystals with clear explanations of their uses. In the past few years, I’ve taken various classes, including Tarot, Reiki I & II, Channeling. Additionally, I’ve experienced many different healing modalities and practices. I plan to share how these practices have transformed my life through my blog.
